March 5

Following a traffic stop on South Broad Street, Efrain Negron, 55, 460 S. Broad St., Canfield, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

March 6

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, a 16-year-old Canfield female was charged with possession of a dangerous drug and was cited for improper display of plates.

March 7

Following a traffic stop on South Broad Street, Isaiah Jackson, 23, 726 John St., Youngstown, was cited for speeding (49 in a 35 zone).

March 8

Following a report filed on Feb. 27, James Kalasky, 66, 5828 West Blvd., Boardman, was charged with telecommunications harassment and extortion.

March 9

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Alice Klein, 76, 8281 Akron-Canfield Road, Canfield, was cited for speeding (34 in a 20 mph school zone).

Following a traffic stop on Winona Avenue, a 17-year-old Canfield female was cited for speeding (47 in a 25 zone).

A report was taken at 33 Lake Wobegon Drive regarding damage to a vehicle that may have been parked in the roadway.

Following a traffic stop on Timber Run Drive, a 17-year-old Canfield male was cited for a stop sign violation.

Following a traffic stop on Coral Way, a 17-year-old Canfield female was cited for speeding (37 in a 25 zone).

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Kimberly Goddard, 53, 191 Woodland Run, Canfield, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for failure to signal.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Gregory Davenport, 43, 2988 Northview Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, driving while under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for an open container and a red light violation.

March 12

Following a three-vehicle crash on East Main Street, Andrew Dennison, 41, 1360 Farrell St., North Canton, was cited for assured clear distance and a full time attention violation.

Following a traffic stop on Florida Street while working with the OVI Task Force, a 17-year-old Youngstown female was charged with no operator's license and was cited for a traffic control device violation.

Following a traffic stop on Market Street while working with the OVI Task Force, David Dudley, 53, 7366 West Blvd., Boardman, was charged with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for white light emitting from tail light.

March 12

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Jeffrey Williams, 18, 4 Bob White Court, Youngstown, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for lights required.

Following a report of unwanted text messages as 324 Neff Street, Kenneth Kuhn, 52, 1042 Shields Road, Youngstown, was charged with telecommunications harassment.

March 14

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Richard Barr, 59, 671 Robinson Road, Campbell, was cited for a red light violation.

Following a call to MCCTC, 7300 N. Palmyra Road regarding a bomb threat, a 17-year-old Struthers male was charged with inducing panic and making terroristic threats.

March 15

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Shawn Sanders, 42, 19340 Bill Smith Road, Wellsville, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for an inadequate exhaust, and Nathaniel Hodgson, 32, 608 Arch St., Salem, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 16

No charge were filed following an investigation into a report of assault involving two employees at Star Extrusion, 7055 Herbert Road.

March 17

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Andrea Weaver, 34, 6012 Calico Lane, Canfield, was cited for speeding (33 in a 20 mph school zone).

March 18

Following a traffic stop on Glenview Road, Chelsey Tate, 25, 2021 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was cited for speeding (44 in a 25 zone).

Following a traffic stop on Shadydale Drive, Andrew Bailing, 18, 3869 Shields Road, Canfield, was cited for unsafe passing.

Following a traffic stop on Herbert Road, Kayla Heim, 27, 3424 Neilson Ave., Youngstown, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

March 19

Following a traffic stop on Raccoon Road while working with the OVI Task Force, a 17-year-old Youngstown male was cited for speeding (62 in a 45 zone).

Following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road, Deric Madick, 20, 8474 Chesterton Drive, Poland, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and false identification, and was cited for a marked lanes violation, and Frank Phillips, 19, 9266 South Ave., Poland, was charged with false identification.

Following a traffic stop on Cardinal Drive, a 16-year-old Canfield male was cited for a red light violation.

Following a traffic stop on Herbert Road, Rodney Smith Jr., 26, 2902 Northview Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with obstructing official business, and Taniqua Smith, 26, of the same address was charged with falsification, driving while under suspension, was cited for speeding (40 in a 25 zone), and was taken into custody on a Boardman Court warrant for failure to appear.
