The Poland Local School District has released the results of a community survey. The purpose of the survey was to get a better idea of where the community stands when it comes to issues pertaining to the district's future.
The online survey was open from March 12: 15. Community members were encouraged to take the survey after last Monday's community meeting about the audit.
Superintendent Dave Janofa said 517 people took the survey. Survey results are posted on the district's website at www.polandbulldogs.com/ and is presented here:

Closing one of the elementary buildings at this time: 53 percent
Closing both of the elementary buildings at this time: 16.63 percent

Yes: 77.95 percent
No: 22.05 percent
